What does the Higher Self mean?

The higher self is also known in Sanskrit as the transcendental self or Purusha. Some consider it to be the divine self and part of the cosmic consciousness. Yogis try to reduce the lower self (ego) through their spiritual practice and thereby gain access to the higher self.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, if you want to understand the beauty of life or a person with all their complexities, you have to give your full attention to it. It teaches us not to overreact or be overwhelmed by what is happening around us.

Why is Dinacharya important in Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the perennial science that speaks of the quality of life. The aim of Ayurveda is to maintain health and prevent diseases. To achieve such a goal of maintaining health, Dinacharya is one of the means. The Sanskrit word Dinacharya is composed of the two words 'dina' and 'charya'. Dina means 'daily' and charya means 'behaviour'.

How much time should I plan per day for the challenges?

The time and duration are given for each challenge and vary, some challenges take only 15-30 minutes and some 1-2 hours. You can always arrange the challenges according to your schedule and do them on your preferred day, e.g. longer challenges on a weekend.

Do I have to complete the challenges in order?

Yes, it is very important for the result that you complete the challenges exactly as they are arranged in the book. We have structured the challenges so that you work on all 5 layers of the body, starting with the outermost layer, the physical body.

What is a mandala?

A mandala generally symbolises the spiritual journey, starting from the outside to the inner core, through layers. A mandala takes about 40-48 days.

What about the return policy?

We want you to give yourself 40 days and only then come to a conclusion and not after just one day. This is because we really want our customers to genuinely try to force themselves out of their comfort zone, rather than not try it at all for lack of guarantee or price. That's what the 40-day return policy is for. If you've really given the book a chance and aren't satisfied, you'll get 100% of your money back, just go to this page and follow the instructions: Refund Policy.
